Before ordering VSL#3 you should note the following points:
1. VSL#3 packs will be sent by overnight courier in a cardboard box which includes a bubble-wrapped frozen gel pack.
2. The product is stable for up to 7 days when kept at a temperature below 25°C. Refrigerate the product immediately upon receipt.
3. If you live in a secured flat, then please note that the courier will need to be able to deliver to an individual, so you should either be in yourself, or make arrangements for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf.
4. When registering you must state a house or flat number otherwise the courier cannot guarantee delivery.
5. Orders are dispatched twice a week on Monday and Thurday, except on Bank Holidays.
6. If you are not in to collect the delivery, the courier will leave a card explaining how to collect it.
7. Ferring will not accept requests for refund if, for whatever reason, VSL#3 has been in the postal system for 7 days or more.
8. For security reasons, the delivery address has to be the same as the billing address on your credit card.
9. Please note that we currently can only deliver to addresses in Ireland.
